Dynamic Content

« Back to Glossary Index

Dynamic content refers to email elements that adapt at send time based on contact data or behavior, so that different recipients see different versions of the same message.

  • Examples in practice:
    • Industry-specific value props within a single campaign.
    • Role-based CTAs (e.g., “Invite your team” for admins vs. “Request access” for users).
    • Product recommendations based on browsing or purchase history.
  • Business benefit: Enables high personalization without multiplying the number of distinct campaigns and workflows teams must maintain.
