SMB Marketing, Inc. is a full-service marketing agency for small businesses, headquartered in Stuart, Florida.
Founded by Joe Paradiso, the agency provides web design, email marketing, SEO, social media management, and CRM tools to small businesses across the Treasure Coast and nationwide. We’ve been working with small businesses since 2013. In that time, the way we work hasn’t changed much: direct access to the people doing the work, honest advice over padded proposals, and strategies that come from real business experience, not just marketing theory.
Why We Started SMB Marketing
Before Joe Paradiso started SMB Marketing, he built his own business from the ground up — no investors, no marketing department, no safety net. It grew to nearly eight figures. Along the way, he learned what actually drives customers through the door, what doesn’t, and how much bad marketing advice costs a small business owner who doesn’t have the budget to recover from it.
That experience is the foundation of everything SMB Marketing recommends. When Joe tells a client to invest in local SEO before paid ads, it’s because he made that mistake himself and knows what it costs. When he says email marketing outperforms social media for customer retention, it’s backed by years of doing it — not a textbook.

How We Work — And Why It Matters
Most marketing agencies put you through a sales process, assign you to an account manager, and check in monthly with a report you didn’t ask for. That’s not how we operate.
At SMB Marketing, Joe works directly with every client. There’s no layer between you and the person making decisions about your marketing. When you have a question, you reach Joe. When something needs to change, it changes without a three-person email thread.
This model works because we keep the client list intentional. We don’t take on more accounts than we can serve well. If we’re at capacity, we’ll tell you — and we’ll tell you when we’re not.
